BLCKJEANS MGMT is an independent music management company founded by Joe Kelley. After more than 13 years working in music, Joe started BLCKJEANS to build something smaller, more personal, and a little less traditional.

Joe's background covers a lot of ground. He spent years at Billboard working with artists, events, and the music industry at large, was an executive producer and host at BalconyTV, and has managed artists ranging from developing acts to Hall of Fame bands like Duran Duran.

He's also spent years in the middle of New York's music scene, putting on shows, booking artists, running new music and industry events, working with brands and venues, and generally knowing way too many people in the business.

BLCKJEANS is the result of all of that.

The roster is intentionally small, which means Joe is actually involved. The goal isn't to stack up as many artists as possible. It's to work with artists we believe in, help them make great records, get them in the right rooms, build their audiences, play better shows, and keep things moving.

We're into new music, weird music, loud music, dark music, and artists with something of their own going on.
